Instructions of Final Version Submission
The camera-ready files are due on September 25, 2025. The proceedings will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series, in accordance with the contract between Springer Nature Switzerland AG and International Federation for Information Processing. The templates for generating the front matter are available from website: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/editor-guidelines-for-springer-proceedings.
To submit your final files, please follow the steps below:
- Login to EasyChair ( https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=npc2025 ) as you did to submit the original paper.
- Ensure ALL paper authors are included on the author list, and in the correct order.
- Check that all paper information in EasyChair matches the information on the camera-ready PDF file.
Detailed information (title, author list, abstract, etc.) that will appear in the conference proceedings will be taken from EasyChair and not from the submitted PDF file. - Click on the “Add and update files” link, browse to the approved paper files, and upload them. Required files include:
- PDF version of your camera-ready paper. The page limit is 12 pages in LNCS format (including tables, figures, references and appendices).
Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page for the preparation of their papers.

If you or any of the authors contributing to NPC 2025 (IFIP LNCS) are interested in Open Access (which applies to the entire volume) or Open Choice (which applies to individual papers), please refer to our webpage for prices and additional information. We would need the invoicing address and the CC-BY licence-to-publish agreement at least three weeks before the deadline for the files. - Either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file.
For LaTeX papers, we recommend supplying the.bbl
files to avoid loss of bibliography during conversion. Please do not include hyperlinks in the references. - A signed and completed
copyright form.
The corresponding author must sign the form on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having gained their permission to do so. He or she signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
The corresponding author must be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the paper cannot be made. Authors' names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.
The corresponding author, who must match the corresponding author marked on the paper, must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
