Instructions of Final Version Submission

The camera-ready files are due on October 15, 2025, which is a firm deadline for the production of the conference proceedings.

To submit your final files, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to EasyChair as you did to submit the original paper.
  2. Ensure ALL paper authors are included on the author list, and in the correct order.
  3. Check that all paper information in EasyChair matches the information on the camera-ready PDF file.
    Detailed information (title, author list, abstract, etc.) that will appear in the conference proceedings will be taken from EasyChair and not from the submitted PDF file.
  4. Click on the “Add and update files” link, browse to the approved paper files, and upload them. Required files include:
    1. PDF version of your camera-ready paper. The page limit is 12 pages in LNCS format (including tables, figures, references and appendices). All papers should be formatted using the Springer-LNCS template, which can be found at:

    2. Either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file.
      For LaTeX papers, we recommend supplying the .bbl files to avoid loss of bibliography during conversion. Please do not include hyperlinks in the references.
    3. A signed and completed copyright form .
      Use the official Springer copyright form.
      Fill in:
      • Title of the Contribution with your paper title
      • Author(s) Full Name(s) exactly as listed in EasyChair
      • Corresponding Author: complete name, contact, and signature

      Please do not alter any pre-filled fields in the form.

Note: Depending on your file size and internet speed, uploads may take a few minutes. Once the files are uploaded successfully, you will see a confirmation message.
